Intake & cleaning

Intake pit, pre-cleaning and de-stoning to remove straw, dust and stones before processing.

Drying

Continuous-flow paddy dryer sized to your harvest, bringing paddy to a safe 14%.

Parboiling

Full soak–steam–dry line where parboiled rice is required.

Grain Storage

Day silos and bulk silos for paddy and rice, sized to plant capacity.

Grain Handling

Belt conveyors and bucket elevators linking every stage of the line.

Install & commission

Erection, calibration and commissioning by MDT's field team, handed over running.

3. Manufacture: all equipment built and tested at our Tumkur factory.
